Where swot analysis is used - SWOT Analysis For this week's assignment I used the SWOT Analysis Interactive for my simulation. I would have to say that the category that gave me the most problems would have to be Weaknesses. The main problem I kept having was confusing them with Threats. One of the examples has high start up costs for weaknesses when I saw them as threats.
