Tip of the spear is great but there are better builds than what you have on him, hurricane bolter is currently underwhelming more often than not, plus the defensive warlord traits and auric aquilas relic are strong.You can take 5 with Trajann or 6 with a Blade Champion and they ALL get to reroll a hit or wound roll since they can be divided into units of 1. And that's a reroll in shooting and then another one in melee. It’s tempting to add a vexilla in terminator armor to the current list and give a few Allarus -1 to be hit.
